TURBOKICK | a calorie-blasting HIIT class that incorporates rhythmic boxing & kickboxing combos

SPIN 45 | high energy 45 minute indoor cycling class, you'll climb hills, ride flats and sprints for optimum fittness

BOOTCAMP | circuit style training that focuses on total body fitness with strength and conditioning stations

R.I.P.P.E.D. | Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet, designed for all fitness levels

REPS & RESISTANCE | R&R is a weight training class that offers a total body workout, focusing on form and technique

YOGA FLOW | focus on building strength, flexibility and concentration, this power flow class allows you to breathe, focus, build & stabilize.
