A native of Enid, Eddie, has been a personal trainer at Finer Physiques for 3 years and is the owner of FASST Athletics. Eddie uses an athlete specific training style to help his clients with their goals whether it is to build muscle, increase performance, lose weight or a lifestyle change. He is also up-beat, positive and an excellent motivator. A former NWOSU Ranger baseball player, Eddie understands the importance of sport specific training and understands how to build an athlete. Eddie is great with kids and uses educated, science-based training to ensure superior results for his athletes.
Eddie has worked with numerous college and professional coaches to add to his training experience & is quite the athlete himself. In his time at NWOSU he threw the 3rd no-hitter in Ranger history and was a integral part of 2 championship teams. He’s got a great sense of humor and keeps everyone around him laughing.
“I’m family oriented and am enjoying married life with my really hot wife and our two dogs,” says Eddie. Eddie is a lefty and boasts of his great hair, striking good looks and his arm like a cannon. If he’s not in the gym you may find him on a golf course or doing nerdy science things.

Kat has been with Finer Physiques for more than 5 years; however, she has been a trainer for the better part of 10 years. Kat enjoys designing personalized programs that fit her client’s ultimate goals. She listens to each client to ensure the effectiveness of the program. You can always find Kat in the gym pushing her clients through their workouts and encouraging them to be the best versions of themselves! “I love helping clients reach their goals: losing weight, building muscle, getting on stage or just healthy lifestyle changes.” What are the things that make her a successful trainer? She is an extremely strong, honest and loving person.
In her 12 years as an NPC competitor Kat has placed top 5 in every competition she has participated in. When she isn’t at the gym you may find Kat enjoying any number of physical activities from softball to track or on the basketball or volleyball court.
Have you ever wondered about being a “boy mom”? I’m sure Kat has some pointers for you as a mom of 3 boys and a grandmother of 3 grandsons. Would you believe it if I told you that Kat is 47? She is a living example and result of living a healthy and fit lifestyle.

Kevin brings more than 35 years of training experience to the team and as been with Finer Physiques for more than 12 years. Training has always been one of Kevin’s passions and he likes the philosophy of train smarter…not harder. Kevin likes to use short workouts with a high intensity technique including rehab and cardio integration. Kevin develops programs that are unique to his clients to ensure that your time with him is extremely effective. When asked what makes him a trainer clients desire to work with, Kevin said with humor, “I’m a good listener, when the hearing aids are on. I’m also reliable and positive. Plus, with age comes wisdom!” Would you believe he’s 67?!
Some of Kevin’s personal fitness accomplishments include holding a past state deadlift record, in his 3 years as a competitive powerlifter. Kevin is an accomplished bodybuilder and earned a Master’s Class Oklahoma Bodybuilding Championship. If you don’t see Kevin on the gym floor training you may find him in the Group Fitness room. He claims that if he’s not at work or at the gym that he’s pretty boring…do you believe that?
Kevin is a firm believer that there are not magic pills, powders or potions… you’ve got to commit to the lifestyle.
